Red Cross DRK Hewer dagger. Nickel-plated zinc crossguard and pommel, zinc intact without damage. Forged blade with sawback on the spine and original factory finish “Grossgefugt,” marked “Ges. Geschützt” on the reverse ricasso under the crossguard. The blade has small dark spots, which do not detract from the piece but rather attest to its authenticity. Original scabbard with black factory paint and leather hanger; the leather is soft and free of defects, and the paint shows light signs of wear. Complete set, all original and intact.
