Heer dagger manufactured by Ernst Pack (Solingen). The blade on this example is in excellent condition! The acid-etched maker mark — Knights Head “Ernst Pack Solingen” — is perfectly executed. The crossgrain is stunning when viewed in the light. All fittings are nice and tight. The blade is rated Exc+.
The brown leather buffer pad remains fully intact. The steel-based, nickel silver-plated scabbard displays beautiful detailing, featuring a random pebbled finish and decorative leaf and acorn bands. The original throat retaining screw remains intact.
The nickel silver-plated eagle crossguard features excellent detailing throughout the eagle’s head, wings, wreath, beak, and chest. The pommel and ferrule are also richly decorated with proud oak leaves and acorns throughout.
The orange trylon grip is free of chips and cracks and remains in wonderful condition. All components are consistent with Ernst Pack manufacture. Comes with a worn set of hangers.
