A beautiful and impressive tabletop presentation featuring a German eagle mounted on a solid marble base.
A commemorative metal plaque is mounted on the front of the base, bearing the inscription:
“Zum Andenken an das
Uffz.-Korps 3./Pz.Rgt. 1 · Okt. 39”
The inscription refers to the NCO corps of the 3rd Company, 1st Panzer Regiment (Panzer-Regiment 1), October 1939.
The eagle is very well made, with finely detailed feathers and an impressive dynamic appearance with its wings spread. The marble base is completely intact, without chips or cracks. The eagle itself is also in excellent condition, with no damage.
