A very nice German combat fighting knife manufactured by the desirable and famous firm “PUMA / SOLINGEN.” The knife is complete with its original sheath, which retains its boot-to-tunic attachment clip as originally issued. The knife itself is in overall very good condition, with the classic red-brown Bakelite handle securely riveted in place. The blade shows light sharpening marks, indicating that the knife was used and sharpened, but remains well-preserved. The maker's mark is clearly stamped into the blade. A choice and hard-to-find fighting knife, sought after by collectors for its quality craftsmanship and historical value.
