A superb set: Luftwaffe officer's belt with buckle and an adjutant's aiguillette, in the original issue box. All items are in near flawless condition.
The buckle is stunning — with a frosty finish and a beautiful droop-tail style eagle. The reverse of the buckle is stamped with the maker’s mark — Assmann & Söhne. The belt shows virtually no wear, no oxidation, and has a clean backing. The adjutant’s aiguillette looks like new and truly sets this set apart from most others.
The box is in excellent condition, without any damage, and has perfectly protected the contents. This set is hard to improve upon, and finding a nicer one would be extremely difficult.
