Luftwaffe 4 year loyal service medal (IVth class) + packet and Luftwaffe attachment. Iron medal with silver finish that remains in mint unworn condition. Comes with tombac Luftwaffe eagle ribbon attachment and still wrapped up blue ribbon. Packet remains in good condition with some age to it, but nothing out of the order for these fragile packets.
