Knight’s Cross of the Iron Cross by C.E. Juncker, Berlin. Three-piece construction: silver “800” frame with iron magnetic core. Maker marked on the frame with the LDO code of Juncker “L/12”. The silver suspension ring bears the silver content mark “800”.
Judging by its condition, this is a combat-worn cross, showing minor paint loss on the core consistent with actual wear. The cross comes with its original neck ribbon as it was worn.
