Iron cross 2nd class by Alois Rettenmaier, Schwäbisch Gmünd. Three piece construction with magnetic, iron core. Maker marked with the PK code of Rettenmaier in the ring "16". Excellent condition with a completely black core and lightly patinated frame. The cross comes with an original piece of ribbon.
