Iron cross 1st class by Boerger & Co., Berlin. Three part construction with magnetic, iron core and soldered on set up. Rare screw back variant. Maker marked with the LDO code of Boerger "L/57" on the reverse of the cross. The cross remains in excellent condition with nearly all of the frame still showing the nice polishing.
