22 March 1939 Memel Medal. Tombac constructed medal in excellent condition. So-called “Slanted G – Type 1” issue, produced by Hauptmünzamt Berlin (Official Berlin Mint), featuring the characteristic micro “H.C.” marking on the lower reverse.
The medal is housed in its original red case with an eagle on the lid, complete with the original ribbon.
The set also includes the original award document issued to:
