Offered for sale is an original 1935 wall plaque featuring a finely detailed profile of Adolf Hitler, accompanied by the inscription “Der Volkskanzler” (“The People's Chancellor”).  The central medallion is signed by the artist, Prof. Poertzel, a renowned German sculptor known for his official commissions during the Third Reich.  To the right of the portrait is a swastika emblem. 
Below the medallion is a smaller plaque inscribed with “1. Preis Sturm 1/R131 1935”, indicating it was awarded as a first prize, likely within a Sturmabteilung (SA) unit.  The plaque is mounted on a black-painted wooden board and remains in excellent condition, free from any damage. 
This piece is a rare and authentic example of period craftsmanship, suitable for collectors of historical militaria and Third Reich artifacts.
