The medal comes in its original brown/red presentation case featuring an embossed eagle on the lid. Notably, the medal is marked on the edge (gurt) with the manufacturer's code "L/11" Wilhelm Deumer -  a recognized rarity. Edge markings of this kind are exceptionally uncommon and significantly enhance the collectible value of the piece.
